So this is me. (I look pretty entertained)

Anyhoo. I'm Rachel. I'm a naturopath from NZ.  I'm a mum to a little girl ( six going on 15) and I am a bit of a hardcore foodie and health fanatic,  although I never say no to a strong coffee and the occasional fish and chip meal.

I can be found at my local market every single Sunday at the crack of dawn to get the best and freshest fruit and veges. Now this is whether it is raining or shining or whether I have had a super late night. I am committed. Or need to be.

The purpose of this little blog is to spread the word about good food. About how easy it is to prepare, how nutritious it is and how it can change your health and that of your loved ones for the better one meal at a time.

I try not to use too fancy ingredients that you have to travel far and wide to access and I don't have a huge disposable income so I dont tend to use ingredients that will cost you an arm and a leg. Also I work full time so am incredibly time poor ( not to mention slightly chaotic and disorganised) so I'm not gonna be soaking stuff for days on end or doing any tricky time consuming piping or somesuchthing.
